With our “Boiler for Life” scheme you’ll never have to worry about your boiler again.
All you have to do is pay us an affordable monthly sum for that we’ll look after it entirely. To help with your cash flow our scheme starts at just £1.47 per day. There are no maintenance costs, call out 365 days a year, free service every year, free upgrade after 10 years and we’ll also replace the boiler entirely in the unlikely event that it cannot be repaired. Basically, we install it, you forget it. If you stay with us you’ll never have to buy another boiler again.
Will you credit check me?
We do not do any credit checks whatsoever; we simply check your land registry to ensure you are the homeowner(s) and place a removable restriction on to your property. This means we are notified if/when you sell your property before the end of your contract term.
What is involved in the installation?
We aim to start the installation process between 8am and 9am (traffic dependant) and require someone over the age of 18 to allow us access to the property. Over the course of the day we will: remove your old boiler, perform a free hot and cold flush of your existing heating system, install your new Grade ‘A’ Boiler, clean up after installation and take away your old boiler. We’ll even talk you through any queries you may have throughout the process.
How long will it take to install?
Our expert installers are trained to install the boiler in just one day, so you’re never stuck waiting around in the cold.
What happens if the boiler breaks down?
We include with the agreement a full 10 years manufacturer’s warranty. If you do experience any problems with the boiler just give us a call on 0330 333 5004.
How do I notify you of any changes I have?
A list of all our contact details will be provided to you under the Boiler Replacement Agreement.
Is there cover for Xmas and Easter?
Yes, we offer call outs 365 days a year.
I am a tenant – Do I need my landlord?
The agreement must be signed by the homeowner, so you will have to contact your landlord and have them call us to arrange for one of our boilers to be installed.
What happens if I sell my property?
You pay the settlement fee in accordance with the schedule attached to your agreement.
How do I pay for my boiler each month?
Our standard method of payment is via direct debit which can be taken on either the 5th 20th or 28th of each month. Any
alternative payment options will incur a £5.00 monthly charge.
How qualified are your engineers?
All our engineers are Gas Safe registered as a company standard. They have also received full Viessmann training. Our experienced installers are all employed directly by us. We don’t farm out any of our work to subcontractors. That means we have total control over the quality of installation.
